No, this is MM4 plugin, Auto-Tag.

@spon23

I think it would over complicate the script.
What I do in these cases is finding out the correct album version directly on Discogs.com,
copy the release number and past it into the search field of Discogs Tagger.
Discogs.com offer far more information so it's easier to find out the matching release.

PEACE.

Hello. I was wondering if it's possible to add the number of tracks to the search results for easier matching? I absolutely love the amount of data that this plugin access, but it's really tough to find "matching" albums when there are 30+ versions of an album with varying amount of tracks. If we could see the # of tracks in the results, it would save a ton of time going through them one by one.

Thank you!

Worked perfectly to get me to the page, so it should work properly
(different number of files, so thats less of a tagger problem, more of a me problem)

thanks for your time

I did the same and the error message didn't pop up. Please try the new version, it should works.

Hi there, great add on, thank you.

Im getting an error pop up

error #9 microsoft vbscript runtime error
subscript out of range 'iTrackNum'
file "C:\users\*\appdata\roaming\mediamonkey\scripts\discogswebtag.vbs",line:4956,Column:3

then when i click ok

error pop up

error happened during script execution: subscript out of range: 'itracknum'

im trying to tag a huge box set - 100cd

https://www.discogs.com/release/1490580 ... -To-Harlem

using [r14905802] as the search

it has 2242 tracks, i assume it doesnt like that many, only thing i did was auto increment them as i find that sometimes helps with box sets, but i tried it both ways, get error,

thanks for your time

can you give me an example for this problem please?
I find random vinyl with A And AA sides.

What's going on:
When selecting tracks for tagging
- Only A remains active, AA is deactivated automatically.
- AA track information (in brackets) is added to A

I propose two ways out to write AA as B or to write it as it is, and if it is a single then assign the number 02 for AA if numbered representation.
You have to activate "No Sub-Track detection" in the Tagging Options. Then trigger once the "Save options" button.
Happy tagging ;-)
