Yes, just copy the database to the new full install.

Is it possible to convert a MediaMonkey 4 portable installation to a full installation? This post addressed the opposite point, from full to portable https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=102066 and suggested that copying the database was enough.

What would I need to do to go from portable to full, just copy the database folder?
