thanks Lowlander, sadly they can't. The purchase was 2006 so I should just cough up again I guess. I've had my value.

Peke - I shall give that a try. thanks.

Hi,
On user login that have licensed MM open regedit and go to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\MediaMonkey" where you copy/paste values from USERNAME and PASSWORD to TXT file that you can use for registering on Work Account.

Contact MediaMonkey Support with as many details on you purchase as you aware of (name, email, date(year),Order Number) and they should be able to help.

windows user logins

I'm hoping some wise head can help out.
I have to use two separate windows pc logins on the same PC for home and work purposes.
My 'home' login has an installed MM with gold lifetime licence. When I install MM on the new 'work' pc user login the MM doesnt recognise the existing licence and requests that I reinput the licence code.
My licence is from 2006 an I cannot find it. when I try to get the code renewed online they are unable to find my original registration from element5.
is the licence code buried somewhere within the program from where I can copy it across to the new login?
