Ah I see.

After the track has stopped and I reopen MediaMonkey. When the loading.. has finished I press play on the track, and it plays from the beginning without stopping. It appears that the bug stops the song once only.

2) I understand that it's random songs because you have shuffle enabled. But what I'm asking is, if the bug occurs with SongX, and then you play SongX again and again, does the bug always occur?

That would help us understand whether the issue is specific to certain tracks or not.

1) I always have shuffle enabled, I have never used any other setting.
2) it’s never the same songs, it’s random songs.

Thanks havoc. I've shared this with the dev team. Two more questions:
1) Does the problem occur when shuffle isn't enabled?
2) Does the problem always occur with the same tracks?

Thanks! Unfortunately we can't replicate this on our devices (though there was another report from a user with a different dedicated Android player experiencing something similar).

What version of MMA are you using (the current release is 2.1.0.1278 / the current beta is 2.1.1.1281)?

Can you send us a debug log of this (ideally using the latest beta)?
- Tap Options > About > Register for test builds. Once registered, go to MediaMonkey in the Play store and tap 'Update'.
- Run MMA, replicate the bug, and submit a debug log (in the menu, tap Help > Send logs) and share the log ID here (and include a comment with the log 'tracks stop partway through').

That'll help us better understand and hopefully solve the problem.

Are you playing local tracks or streamed from DLNA server?

Hi, I have a HiBy R4, with a big library of music. I set it to random play all. It plays 2 or 3 songs perfect, then all of a sudden it just stops playing part way through the song. When I open Media Monkey it says "Loading..." then it will show the song that was playing stopped right at the beginning.

I have turned Auto Transitions to "NONE" but this has not made any difference.

I think this is the same with all the music types i have - mp3, FLAC, WAV, M4A.
