Using Media Monkey Windows 2024.2 (e.g. version 3168) you use the following:
File / Reports / File List
The trick is to select All files first! So you might use either the "Entire Library" or the "Music" node then the "All Files" sub-node. Click on the central list and then use CTRL+A to select All the files. Now you can use the File / Reports / File List.
A column dialogue allows you to choose the columns you require. The exporting dialogue allows you to choose the output format. I would typically choose CSV as the "Save As Type" and then open using you preferred spreadsheet software (or database). You can then sort and format...
