As for your comment on a second field for secondary artists, much like Steegy said, what if you have more then 2 artists? Wouldn't really solve anything. Helium Music Manager is a great example of how multi-track artist support could/should be implemented. I hope the devs look into this subject again.
The present implementation would be useless for me (although it would be compatible with WMP, but who needs that anyway).
1. You can't distinguish between 2 or more main performers and primary plus secondary (featured) artist with the current method.
2. The cover information (feat., with, presents,...) gets lost
3. The current method with semicolons as dividers simply looks plain ugly and disorderly.
