This is a podcast with different parts or chapters, some parts are very interesting for me and other parts concerning games are not interesting for me at all...
With itunes I can listen to the interesting parts and simply skip the "gamer parts". With MM (not supporting enhanced podcasts) I can't do this and must listen to the whole podcast including the chapters that are not interesting for me.
This is the only reason why I still keep the itunes software on my PC. Otherwise I prefer MM.

Jiri's post is 5 yrs old and for mm3. I believe they are implemented in mm4, which mm4.1 is being ironed out so is mm for win8 and android. Check out mm4 see if you like all the options.

I would like to second the request! I know iTunes can't allow other players to play "Fairplay" DRM'd tracks but they should allow other players to take full advantage of "Enhanced podcasts".

MM3 A6 is playing an m4a with no trouble but in iTunes, the enhanced podcasts I have contain bookmarls with associated images. It's a sort of slide show. It works great for music podcasts like Coverville.

want to dominate an apple niche? well, find a way to display enhanced podcast. I know this might not be the most easy thing to do, but there has to be a way. Maybe use the album art window to show the ehanced podcast data. enhanced podcast usually have pictures attached to the sound, and come in the AAC format, like .m4a or .m4b. Some enhanced podcast, come with video, but honestly if you can get media monkey to display the pictures, that alone would be a godsend. you see i hate having itunes on the comp, but i only use it for enhanced podcast . You guys would rock and own one over apple if you can get this working.

oh yea for example, right now i load up the .m4a file and i see like an initial picture, i guess its some sort of album art, but i know there are more somewhere, because it shows it in itunes. after a certain time during play it changes images.


sidenote: Keep up the amazing, fantabulous job, and rock hard, or get jiggy with it because when mm3 comes out, i expect a party at my neighbors crib. lol.
