You could use any single drive NAS solution as long as you have 2. You could use
VirtualCD to backup from one to the other drive or use some synchronize/backup software like Microsofts SyncToy.
There are many dual (RAID capable) systems now (from the likes of DLink, Netgear, Buffalo) which are cheaper and there are multi-drive 2-5 drives from several vendors (Buffalo, ReadyNAS, Theccus).
I would advice to read online reviews to see which ones are good for your needs. I like
SmallNetBuilder, but the CNet network often has good reviews as well.
