iPod format choice not working

I am running MM beta 3 on Vista, with a gold liscence and have noticed on the auto conversion page, you can choose which formats are suported. I am running Rockbox on my ipod so it can play FLAC, so I want to allow mediamonkey to copy flac files over, but when I tick FLAC in the supported formats, it still wont copy them over.
Possibly fix for the next beta?
