I fixed it the first time by re-associating play/pause button with play/pause, but it has since stopped working again. Restarting MM3 doesn't clear the problem - I haven't actually had a chance to try a reboot. The options are set right in MM3 options, they are just not working (mute and volume still works, but those are actioned, I assume, by the Creative labs sounds drivers).
Logitech cordless Internet Pro keyboard. Usually works OK with MM2 (unless another media player is running in active window).
