3RC4 1116: AutoSync - Delete Tracks too aggressive [3210]

When using the "Delete Tracks" option of the AutoSync - the existing logic is not well usable for drive-letter oriented multi-purpose devices.

Status:
The whole device (from the letter-Root downwards) is scanned for music and offered for deletion if not found in the AutoSync list.

Problem:
For devices where music is just one part of the purpose, like for smartphones, the exclusion of directories is cumbersome and cannot cover all use-cases, as name-identical directories cannot be used in one parent directory and not-used in another parent.

Solution:
Take the selected "music-sync-root" directory downwards only for checking the music to be deleted on the device.

Playlist handling has to be like the above: Clear playlists form the device only downward the directory selected for storing playlists.

Example:
Device-Letter: M:\
Music shall be stored below: \Storage Card\My Documents\My Music\ as listed in the "Sync Tracks To" option, e.g. "\Storage Card\My Documents\My Music\<Album Artist>\<Album>\<Track#:2>-<Title>"
Playlists shall be stored below: \Storage\My Documents\My Music
