Just installed my first 3.x version with RC4. Very nice stuff.
My library is in FLAC format. Every album has a "folder.jpg".
Some songs have embedded artwork (depending on where they come from).
I notice in my iPod (Photo) that most covers aren't showing up and it appears those with embedded art do work.
If MM3 can see an album then this, to me, is a bug. As long as it can find an album then album art should be an option for iPod sync.
At the very least if the only way to make this work is to embed the art into the FLAC files (not optimal in the least) then there should be any easy way to have MM embed all found art into each song. That should be a feature regardless (and may already be) but it really shouldn't be necessary to work that way.
