I have Windows 7 64 bit and had the exact same problem with MediaMonkey downloaded on 11/03/2009. As soon as I move the d_iPhone.dll out of MediaMonkey's plugin directory, MM works. Can we get a fix for this?

This problem occurred on my Windows 7 64bit machine too and apparently is due to the latest Quicktime update. I do not even have an iPhone, so I am very annoyed with Apple  ! Removing or renaming d_iphone.dll solves the problem for me and allows MM to start normally, but won't help people with Apple hardware. You have my sympathy.

Additionally in some cases iPhone needs to be Authorized by iTunes if you wish to use it on that PC.

Then reinstall Quicktime. The error occurs because your Quicktime is corrupted.

I ve tried everything UNinstalling reinstalling and cleaning both MM and itunes...
Any suggestions?
You can rename the file d_iPhone.dll to off.d_iPhone.dll. (in C:\Program Files\MediaMonkey\Plugins\)
