EDIT: On MM skinned with the default skin, Blue Glass, and Win XP SP2:

1 VIew a tree that reaches the bottom of the tree area e.g. http://img183.imageshack.us/img183/9144/image1w.gif
2 Collapse a node so the tree does not reach the bottom

Expected: blank below the tree
