When selecting all music file types in the File Type dialog (from Add/Rescan Files) it doesn't auto-select the Music parent node. Vice versa when the Music parent is selected and all music file types are selected, deselecting a music file type doesn't deselect the Music parent node. The same goes for Video and Playlists.

Tested on skinned 1346 on XP. Can anyone reproduce?
