I recall having issue with MM3 + take it easy.

It's an issue with the wasapi plugin.

Workaround is to switch output plugins, or use wasapi in 'exclusive' mode. See:

In addons > DSP,
There is a plugin called "Take it easy".
The last time I tried it, it was very buggy and didn't work well.
I think it might not be compatible with Mediamonkey anymore.
