Your suggestion seems to have worked.

Thanks pah68,
I will let you know how this goes.

I've had tag corruptions in the past where ID3v1 & 2 differ and the only way I was able to fix them was remove the tags entirely and re-populate them again using the library.

There is a feature in MM menus that will remove 1 or both tags for you from the file.

That is not the case. I can write to the files using the Properties feature of MM, and also with other Tag/Rename tools.

Maybe the music files on your hard disk are write protected?

Synch Tracks does not work

by Philby » Sun Sep 18, 2005 7:13 pm

I have two tracks that appear in my "Unsynchronised Tracks" node.

After selecting them and requesting that these track be synchronised with the library, they still appear in the Unsynchronised list, even after a MM restart. I have repeated this excercise many times, but still they appear.

None of the basic fields are coloured, so the offending tags must be somewhere else.

Why would they not get synched ?
