I noticed in MM 1400, that album art will not show up at random on some songs. If I go to the songs properties under album art it will show the grey icon with the question mark. If I restart MM it will usually come back, but a group of different tracks will be missing art, until another restart. Wash, rinse, repeat. I also noticed MM "pixelizing" art as well.
