Hi,

I'm not able to replicate this in build 1408. I originally thought that I did, but was corrected--the file actually does scan into the Classical Music collection (I was looking in the Music collection).

[1406] 88.2KHz hi-res file not recognized [#8157]

While importing my music library, MM does not recognize a 88.2KHz/24 bit FLAC file. If I navigate to the file directly, I am able to play it via WASAPI and SPDIF. The external DAC does recognize the 88.2KHz clocking.

I am using WASAPI with Exclusive mode and "Automatic choice of format". I am using a Realtek AC892 codec with the Microsoft drivers. The Microsoft drivers allow 88.2KHz output whereas the Realtek HD drivers do not allow 88.2KHz output.
