britesc confirmed that this issue is no longer occurring in 1419 (MM was possibly installed in portable mode).

Did you install the portable version?

Hi,

I installed the non skinned 1418 and found that I had no data.
I saw that my AppData mdediamoneky.ini was still showing the correct locations for the database etc.
I renamed the mediamoney.ini in the portable directory to mediamonkey.nin and started MM again, to be confronted with loads of error dialogs saying it could not find the database etc.
This proved to me that it was not reading the AppData ini file but was trying to loccate the portable ini file.
I reinstalled 1416 my previous version (have not tried 1417) and everything was back to normal.

Regards,
