Hey there,
Yup installed the new Version, removed those files, scanned them again, noticed that it converted the "/" from the Artists to ";", retagged them, and after that it wasn't a problem :) Now unsynch files are zero, even after the 1445 update it's still fine :) Thanks again for the quick fix.

Should be fixed in the upcoming build. But do not use Synchronize tags feature then, it would delete some information (files contain e.g. multiple authors, but only the first was read and saved to DB). Just remove all affected files from library and scan them again. Let me know, if it will work ok for you, thanks.

Sent both of you the link. Interesting that they worked fine for you guys.

Sure I can send those later today. Where do I find the DB File that you need (in which Directory)?
Strange that they didn't show up for you, I have roughly 60 files that don't Sync.

Andulien,

fyi, I scanned the tracks you sent, and _none_ of them appears in the unsynchronized tracks node :-(

Can you share your DB with me--that might reveal what's going on--I suspect that you're using certain fields that MM doesn't save to the tag, and that's why this is occurring.

Thanks.

Thanks. We are tracking it here: http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view. ... 283#c27867
as I also realized that some files always remains as unsynced for me.

Yup just responded to Russell's support mail, so should be in the support mail box ;)
Btw. I'm quite impressed by the quick response here. Props to you all. Looking forward to your feedback.

Hello Everybody,
first of I have to say I love Mediamonkey, have been using it for a long time, as well as getting Gold, and have been excitedly tracking the progress on the new MM 4.

I'm using MM 4.0.0.1442 Gold Lifetime on a Windows 7 x64 System.
I currently have about 60 files that don't Synchronize in the Unsynchronized Tags Menu Tree Point.
I have tried the Clear Tags and then Re-Synch the Files, but they still stay there. It's nothing to big, tho wanting to have my Library nicely sorted, I want to get that list empty as well :)
I've also send in a Log File to the Support, just like described in the Top Post.

Thanks for the help, and keep up the great work :D
