You can try using monkeyrok that creates a panel on the right side of mediamonkey displaying fields of your choice.

Probably because they're multi-line.

Thank you very much for your answer.

The "Lyrics and Comments Viewer 2.2" Panel seems to do the job quite well, but I am curious, is there are specific reason why that is? I mean there are tons of hardly ever used tags avaiable under "Choose Fields", but common ones like "Comment" are missing?

No, comments and lyrics are not available in the art&details panel.

Custom fields can't be used that way, they are actual custom fields accessible from the Properties > Classification tab

Show "Comment" Tag in Art & Details Panel [#11357]

Hello everyone,

I have to admit, I am a Foobar2000 user, and have been so for years, I "only" use MM (4.0 Standard Edition) to manage the many many
Podcasts I have subscribed.

One question: In most podcasts the "Comment" tag stores the most important information. I know that MM can read this tag, because it is
displayed in the indivdual properties view of the files.
Is there a way to display it in the "Art & Details Panel". I cannot find it under "Choose Fields".
I tried to create a custom field, but I can only give a custom field a new name, how do I actually configure the information it shall
show? Like %COMMENT% or something...
Any help is appreciated !

Regards

Sebert
