No, MediaMonkey can't do anything with Cue files. Support for Cue files has been requested: http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=5924

Hi,
I have tried CUE reader add-on with the pop-up style management for CUE file.
Can MM split CUE file before transferring the related files to iPods/iPhones?
What about conversion of FLAC/CUE file for instance before transfer?
