Did you do an USB sync from MMW or a wifi sync from MMA? Which versions of both are used?

Tried several ways: when syncing to my S3, ratings from MM on Windows do not show up in MM on Android. When I set a rating on Android, these will not show up on Windows. Last played count is not updated on MM Windows. Tried with syncing from playlist and auto-sync.
Is this intended to work?
If yes, how?
