Thank you for that.

There have been a lot of improvements to this code in recent builds (esp. 164). To describe how it works, here's the UI, and a description follows:

1) [ ] Auto-Sync new files and playlists from the device to the PC
2) > [x] Music
3) > [x] Video
4) Destination: C:\Users\Rusty\Media
5) [ ] Confirm updates (recommended)
6) [ ] Auto-sync file metadata from the device to the PC

Description:
1) determines whether content that is new to the device (i.e. that MMW doesn't know about) will be copied to the PC
2)/3) Defines what locations on the device will be searched for new content. Note that any folders defined here are automatically enabled as library folders on the device.
4) Defines the sync location on the PC
5) Determines whether the user will be prompted on each sync to accept the changes to the main library (on the PC)
6) Determines whether metadata (eg. ratings, play history) is synced even in the absence of new files being synced.

I'm not seeing this working. I go to a track and add it to a new playlist, and then add another. I look in /extSdCard/Playlists, and it's there.

I sync; get a confirmation: OK to move your new playlist to the PC? OK!

The playlist is deleted on the tablet (both within MMA and on disk), and does not appear in MMW.


I tried going to the configuration options in MMW, and adding folder: /extSdCard/Playlists and /extSdCard/Music
but this gives the same result as above.

Looking at http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=11062, I tried creating a new list on MMA and syncing. It didn't copy over to MMW.
I checked my configuration on MMW for Auto-Sync->Library:

I'm unclear on what the list under "Auto-Sync new files" (with its "New Folder" button) means, and how it interacts with "Destination." Is the "folder" being added a folder on the device side or the PC side? The new playlist doesn't exist as a M3U file, as far as I can find, but it is available in the MMA Playlists node.
Nothing new appeared in the My Music folder, either.

I tried adding "Playlists" as a New Folder, but it still doesn't sync.
