What scrobbler do you use (it may be a scrobbler issue)?

I'll often be listening in the car and have to stop a song part-way thru. When I get back, I'll restart the song from the beginning; but when it scrobbles, it scrobbles as played at the time it was first started, even if that was only a few seconds.

I would like to see the scrobble-time reset when the song is restarted.
