I pretty sure that any log capturing 10 minutes is enough. Once submitted the developers may ask for additional logs.

I'm having the same problem! Is there a fix for this?

If it never finishes the scan, how long should I wait before just stopping the debug report thingy and submitting it?

Edit: Might just go 30 minutes since I'm getting close to it now

I'm sorry if this has been covered before, I just see articles for the 4S and so on.

But the title pretty much sums it up. I downloaded the latest 4.1 beta and I read somewhere on the site that it should work for the iPhone 5S but when I plug it in it doesn't sync because it's supposed to scan first or whatever but it just continuously has "Scanning..." beside my phone on the menu thingy. I'm pretty noobish as you may be able to tell. The weird thing is that it did work once and only once and that was the first day I got the phone and downloaded the beta. Ever since then on that version and all beta versions after it, just the same thing
