I'm unable to replicate this (tested on stock Kitkat 4.4.3 internal card and GB internal and external card) with MMA 1.0.5.0301 Beta.

I tested the following cases:
- delete tracks from Artist > Album > Tracks and deleting all tracks on an album
- modify sync list so that an album is deleted from the device

In both cases, all associated files were also deleted.

Can you provide any additional details re. how to replicate?

Thanks.

The reported problem is back with the latest release...

But I'm not sure if it is the latest release or due to the Kit Kat upgrade

Kit Kat 4.4.2
MMA version 1.05.0249

I love that MMA lets me select albums or artists to delete directly via my phone and it does that part great.

But when I look at my SD card using the "myfiles" utility on my phone or a conenction via USB. it appears that MMA does not completely delete everything.

MMA leaves completely empty folders on the SD card with the artist names.
