I remember experiencing this at one point and solving the problem by deleting cookies associated with the /MediaMonkey/support site.

I'm trying to log into the help desk. When I do, I get the message:

I'm currently on assignment in Japan, trying to log in from my company's network, so I'm sure stringent checks would yield something not entirely normal. I logged into the forums OK.

I'd like to log into the helpdesk. Any ideas on whom to contact?
