Re: <Date>

Thanks for that. I realise that it is classified as a minor bug but has it really not been addressed in the two years since it was reported? I am trying to tag various video files and share them between a number of MM databases. Various file types don't seem to retain the tag data (e.g. mkv) and so I am reliant on the filename and path to transfer data. With a considerable number of files, it is a bit of a chore to manually enter the full date that is already contained in the filename. Any resolution of this would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Mac.

I'm not sure if this has been reported already but I couldn't find anything with a quick search.

If I use the <Date> field to 'Auto-Organize Files...' it correctly adds the date to the filename in the format '2015-04-27'. However, if you then use the same <Date> field to 'Auto-Tag from Filename...' only the year is picked up.
