When is the last time you started with a clean slate (as errors could've crept in during previous builds)?

Today when I synced my device and went to listen to it in my car, I noticed songs were titled wrong. The song playing was the correct song for the lyrics, but the title was a different song that was synced. This was playing children's music in my non children's music playlist, etc...

I went back to MM and viewed the songs on the device and sure enough it shows the title and the lyrics to two different songs.

Is anyone else experiencing this? I do a LOT of syncing with auto playlists, not sure if this has anything to do with it.
