If headphones are removed while media is playing, MMA pauses - which is correct.
But if media is paused due to, for example, an incoming phone call, and the headphones are removed during the call, MMA resumes playback on the end of the call.
Any state change that occurs while temporarily paused, that would have caused it to pause, should prevent resumption of playing.
