Re: Musical Note Image
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LATER: Perhaps the database file (mm.db) wasn't deleted when I uninstalled the program. To verify, I just deleted it and am rescanning. So far it looks like the music note images are gone. Have to get to ...

Re: Musical Note Image
The music note image says it comes from folder.jpg yet no such file actually shows in path shown for folder.jpg in Windows Explorer even with "show hidden files and folders" checked. That's why the '?' is there, because it can't find the image. It was there at some point and MM knew it (perhaps you ...

Re: Musical Note Image
Hover the mouse over the '?' image(s), it will show you exactly where MM is looking for the image. The actual image in the tag show that it is in the tag. Re: Musical Note Image
That means MediaMonkey can't find the image, were these maybe external images that no longer exist? You can delete this empty images to get MediaMonkey to show the real images again. This maybe can help: http://mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=8678&hilit=album+art+tagger Thank you for your ...

Musical Note Image
I'm having a problem with a "front cover" of a musical note image displaying for all of my tracks when I'm looking at the track properties. This is true whether the track has an actual image or not. When there is an actual image, two images show in the album art properties, the blank and the real ...

Re: Advanced Duplicate Find & Fix 3.6 (2010-02-28)
Bex, Thank you for adding the ability to screen just those duplicate titles that exceed a certain number. It makes the list so much more managable. Of course now I have to listen to all 40 versions of "White Christmas" to pick which ones I want to keep on the computer but that's my problem :). Ken

Re: Auto Tagging - Special Characters
Thank you very much! That was exactly the information I was looking for. You cleared it up beautifully!! "[#]" = "Previously Unreleased" The pound sign indicates that a track was previously unreleased/new, when it comes to compilations such as "Greatest Hits." For instance 2Pac's "Greatest Hits ...

Re: Auto Tagging - Special Characters
Thanks for the reply! I was thinking that the # might mean "previously unreleased" but that is strictly a guess on my part.

Auto Tagging - Special Characters
I apologize in advance if this has been answered somewhere else or is in the wrong location but... Sometimes when using the auto-tagging function Amazon shows a special character after the song title. It is usually a pound sign (#) or an asterisk (*). Does anyone know what these mean? Are there ...

Re: How Detect and Removing Duplicate Files
Its happening with the built-in functionality. Hoping to get that to work. Haven't tried the Bex yet. Guess I'll try that unless anyone has any other ideas. Any little difference such as an extra space or a backwards apostrophe vs. a normal one will cause two otherwise identical tracks not to match ...

Re: Advanced Duplicate Find & Fix 3.5.2 (2009-07-10)
Bex, Is it possible to add an option to Advanced Duplicate Find that would limit it to listing duplicates only when they exceeded a certain number? This would be useful when just checking for duplicate titles. For instance, if I wanted to only list files where I had more than 10 songs with the same ...

Re: How Detect and Removing Duplicate Files
When I use Duplicate Titles, on one of my computers nothing is showing up. On another computer, there are some files but not all the duplicates are showing. I know this because I randomly picked a couple and saw that there were 3-4 duplicates of certain songs but in the Duplicate Titles, the most ...
