I have a huge problem synching from my laptop to my phone. My phone struggles to find the laptop, then when it does, after a minute or so the laptop screen goes blank and the phone tells me the synch has been incomplete - then it all hangs. What can I do?

I have MM on my Motorola Android, and I have a Cambridge Audio DAC. I switch the DAC to bluetooth; I switch on bluetooth on my phone - should my music play through the hi-fi that the DAC is attached to? I am a tech numbskull, so this may be baby stuff but all help gratefully received . . .
