MM 3.02.1134 doesn't create tags when converting formats
I've been autoconverting FLAC to WMA for a portable computer and the new version of MM3 v3.02.1134 does not seem to copy tags into the converted files. I get converted files but no album or artist etc tags. I uininstalled 3.02.1134 and reinstalled 3.0.1.1127 and that works fine. The tags are not ...

Thanks Macq but I've seen the toolbar. It's OK but I try not to use a mouse. Keyboard shortcuts are so much quicker. This particularly true on my media PC where I'm using a remote and getting the mouse just to change views would be a pain. I'd like to be able to drop down a list using a shortcut and ...

I'm using MM3 and don't have this problem at all. I have a server containing all my music and MM3 finds it quite happily. I use a network share so MM is monitoring \\server name\share name and that seems to work fine even when I moved the actual directory on the server that was shared as "share name ...

I am a huge fan of both MM and the Squeezebox. I use MM in rooms with computers in them but the Squeezebox is just perfect for kitchens / bedrooms etc where you don't want a PC. For pure ease of use the Squeezebox can't be beaten (imho) and MM could learn one or two things there, not least its use ...

Filters are absolutely fantastic! My media server holds pop / rock music, classical music and spoken word comedy shows and podcasts and you need different nodes and different columns for each of those. For example for classical music you usually want to search by composer and the CD databases will ...

aac encoding for autoconversion
I bought MM gold and recently upgraded to MM3 and delighted with it so far but it could really do with AAC encoding on-the-fly for auto conversion syncing to iPods. Auto-conversion was a key buying factor for me as all my music is ripped to FLAC on a central server. One son has a Creative Zen and ...

Filters need shortcuts and ability to export
'LOVE!' MM3 gold especially the ability to filter views with customisable columns and nodes. That way I can select a 'classical' filter and just see a list of Beethoven, Brahms, Chopin... etc by composer without cluttering up the view with irrelevant composers when I'm using a pop/rock or spoken ...

AAC auto-conversion
Any news on auto-conversion to AAC for syncing with an iPod? I have just set up sync with a new 8Gb nano. Worked perfectly but I'd like to sync my FLAC library to AAC on the iPod rather than MP3s. The AAC input plugin also works fine so MM can play AACs but I can't auto-convert to AACs from anything ...
