If it is like the update to version 2.0 firmware it could take months to reverse engineer. Remember Apple don't want you to use anything but iTunes so don't publish the mechanisms for synchronisation. That is interesting as I put my "fix" down to cached data. Did you run iTunes before MM?

Happened to me as well with version 1188. I removed MM, deleted Program Files\MM; deleted User\Apps Data\MM; deleted User\Apps Data\Apple. Installed 1189, rescanned and uploaded to iPOD. Following these steps I did not have garbled artrowrk or wrong artwork associated with album

Have you removed all iPod Touch songs and then sync'ed Media Monkey with the device?

What about MP3? I have downloaded two albums so far to my iPod Touch using MM3 and it woks fine.

Now installed and iTunes gone. Working like a treat so far.

I don't have this problem, granted I have only copied two albums so far, but all tracks play.

I did uninstall iTunes and a previous version of Media Monkey before clearing my iPod Touch (FW 1.1.3) and then copying the two albums across.
