Re: Now Playing relative to Tabs

I agree with the original poster and it is something I wish MMW would do. I also use MMW in the same manner. I open my Entire Library; sort, search, scroll, etc if I see a song I like, I add to "Now Playing" and do this for as many songs as I would need to keep us entertained for a while. There shou...

Unless I'm missing something, Right-Click brings up the menu which has the same options as the toolbar.

Why not use the toolbar?

Yes. I have mostly spanish music in my colection and "Latin" just does not cover it :) Just type a name on the Genre Box and it will be added to the pulldown the next time you update a song. I also use one of the "Custom" columns to keep the year and month YYYYMM I added the song to my collection. I...

Ripping Problems

(Just in case this is the problem) My ripping problems were created by a bad DMA setting. Windows will change your DMA settings to an slower protocol if it fails to read a bad CD more than a few times in a row (I think 7 times) and it does not set it back. I had this problem, but after a reset to th...

m3u

Lowlander wrote:That's very weird. Does this problem only occur with MediaMonkey or do other burning application exhibit issues as well?
I saved the list of songs to an m3u file and burned a CD using Nero Express and it does NOT have these fades.

Almost random sound fade burning audio CD

Hello, I'm using MM 2.54.978 Gold Lifetime (I also tried 2.55 RC3 with same problem) This started a few months back, I have a feeling it started when I moved to Nero 7 Enhanced but I can't be sure. The CD burns with no errors but at some "random timestamp" the audio is faded to mute and back to norm...

Incorrect Duration

Every now and then I get one of these files, where neither MM nor WMP show the correct song duration. The following seems to do the trick for me, I used a free program called Dr. Tag MP3 Repair Tool v1.5 to remove all non-music frames from the MP3 file. After removing all the frames MM and WMP recog...

Delete Buttons

I know there are several options on how to delete a track, and even a way to make an option the default behaviour for the DELETE key (Ver 2.5.2) But once the behaviour is set, is not easy to change temporarily. Why not just add 2 more buttons on the toolbar right next to the delete button (Red X), t...

Thanks for this great script. I've been trying to do this for a while.

Play Now - Review

Actually it would be nicer and easier (I think) if Play Now add a track at the end of the Now Playing list and just plays it.

I don't understand why it must erase the Now Playing list just to play a track.
