Crash in 3.2.2.1300 after uninstalling iTunes 10

I admit it, I made a HUGE mistake and allowed Apple software on my machine. After declaring iTunes still completely inferior to MediaMonkey and offering nothing new, I uninstalled it. Now every time I run MediaMonkey, it crashes. 1. Windows 7 Ultimate x64 all current patches, updates, 4GB ram, C ...

1232 Unsynchronized tracks lists EVERY track #5454

I always keep my track tags in sync, so imagine my surprise when Build 1232 declare all 8000+ of them out of sync. They all were highlighting the Release Date column so I assume something's borked in that logic. Note that this happens with tracks tagged with only a year AND with tracks tagged with a ...

Re: wininet error #126 : (Unknown WININET error)

I can also confirm that build 1228 fixed it (where 1227 did not). Perhaps installing 1228 AFTER IE8 might be related.

Re: wininet error #126 : (Unknown WININET error)

I have been running MM and Windows 7 (with IE8 of course installed by default) for a number of months now without experiencing this error, so perhaps it isn't IE8, or maybe it has something to do with upgrading to IE8 from a previous version. Hard to say. Good point... while IE8 on Win7 is a ...

Re: 3.1.1224 Unknown WININET error on podcast download

Yes, but no one can reproduce or has seen this before. I suggest Googling for it some like I did to see if you can find better answers. I can reproduce it, and I've answered all the questions put to me about the issue. It's NOT a problem in any other program, it's a BUG of some sort in MediaMonkey ...

This happens in Build 3.1.1224 on Windows Server 2008 with Chrome 2.0.164.0 and IE 8 RC1 (8.0.6001.18372) installed. I haven't gotten a podcast in months :( Debug log when clicking update podcast on node-list is: 00000000 0.00000000 [5188] Forms: Accepted WM_ACTIVATEAPP + 00000001 0.00036676 [5188 ...

Re: wininet error #126 : (Unknown WININET error)

Just wondering if this could be due to the restrictive internet security settings that are common for Internet Explorer on Windows Server? Are there Vista/Server 2008 users out there that can use Podcasts in MediaMonkey when they have Internet Explorer 8 installed? I've disabled IE "enhanced ...

Re: wininet error #126 : (Unknown WININET error)

Have you considered that it might be a bug in IE8 beta itself? And of course when the final version of IE8 is released the developers will look into any issue caused if any. The purpose of a release candidate is to give OTHER software vendors a chance to resolve issues before actual release. If we ...

So get rid of IE8.
That's not going to cut it when IE 8 is released in the next month or so. Seriously, this is a bug.

1204 Unleveled tracks lists many analysed tracks BUG#5206

Since upgrading to 3.1, the "Files to Edit/Unleveled" tracks shows any track that is not in a complete album of tracks even if it was previously analyzed. If I analyze the track again, nothing happens (because the tracks are already analyzed), but they do not disappear from the listing either ...

1213 First run after upgrade MUST be as admin

On a Windows Server 2008 (same symptom on Vista), when doing an upgrade from 1204 to 1213, it would hang at every launch with the splash screen up and eventually decide it wasn't responding. After doing just one launch as Administrator, all is fine, I suspect it was related to the upgrade of the ...
