Where are various versions of diphone.dll?

Win7 64 bit + MM Beta 3.1.2.1280 + AppleMobileDeviceSupport64.msi installed without itunes + iPhone 3GS 32.
Can't even see the device in MM. Do I need to download some specific version of diphone.dll from somewhere. If yes, where?

Thank you so much. Working smoothly on Vista 64. FLAC conversion, tags, cover art all flawless. I only installed AppleMobileDeviceSupport and Quick Time from the iTunes 64 download.

Thanks. I guess I'll forgo images on the iPod/iPhone which is a shame because all that space can't be used for displaying any other useful info from tags either.

Surprised no one else has faced the same dilemma - large image for computer and small for portable.
