Re: MM plays 24/96 as 44k - ???
I upgraded to 3.2.4 and that seems to have solved the problem. Although this version plays several hi-res files, but wouldn't play a certain file. Until I closed and re-opened the player twice, then it worked. This hi-res stuff sounds great, but it's not always simple to get it working apparently.

MM plays 24/96 as 44k - ???
When I play 24/96 files in Media Monkey the readout on my W4S DAC2 says '44k'.
When played on another media player the DAC2 says '96k'.
I've already bought MM and don't care to buy yet another player.
Any suggestions?

Re: Click at beginning of track?
I'm actually getting the 'click' at the beginning of the new track.
And this does not happen on other media players, so I don't see it being something in the file.

Re: Click at beginning of track?
Whether I have selected 'Remove Silence at beginning/end of track' or not I STILL GET A 'CLICK' at the beginning of a file.
This only happens with WAV files. Not MP3's. Can MM not handle a larger file like a WAV file without clicking at the beginning of the track?

Click at beginning of track?
I've done a test burn to flac of a guitar cd. When I listen via MM after awhile I start to get a 'click' at the beginning of each song. But this only happen when I've been listening for about 5-10 minutes. If I play each song individually, no click. If I play these tracks in WMP, no clicks. Anyone ...

Re: WHERE ARE ALL MY FILES !!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?
[/quote] as you have stated in this post of yours you did move your files from out side of mediamonkey. thus making him lose all his links to the songs you moved. he will not move songs in the auto organizer on the tools menu until you click on the okay button, he will if you use the one on the gold ...

Re: WHERE ARE ALL MY FILES !!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?
Then how did EVERYTHING get moved? I've read the help many times and really don't see anything that starts from scratch and describes how this program works. I would really like to know how my files got moved. I certainly didn't move them. NOW WHAT? If I move all my files back to where the belong ...

WHERE ARE ALL MY FILES !!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?
DOES MEDIA MONKEY MOVE YOUR FILES?????? I thought it just created an index/database of some kind, not that it MOVED YOUR FILES AROUND (unless you told it to). My entire 'D:\DATA\MUSIC' DIRECTORY IS NOW GONE. Files appear to be in something called D:\DATA\Copy of my Stationery. Which I CANNOT FIND ...

What happens when I move files?
New user here. I created my library, spent some time entering information, genre, title, etc. I then went to the folders (on my computer, NOT MM) and deleted some files. Moved a few more. Just a few. I wanted to test the 're-org' function of MM. I thought you could do some kind of 'rebuild' and MM ...
