i am running running the gold version on a dual core win 7 machine. like lifeinbeats says it does seem to get better after scanning. however it takes forever for the scan to complete, i have a library thats ~8500 songs. for me its going a song or so a second, so scanning can take quite some time ...

upgraded to the latest test build so i can use the windows 7 integration (which i love). after the upgrade mediamonkey started using 100% of my cpu when its running. tried disabling the iphone plugin, i remembered this helped in a build of 3.1 before it was released. this however did not help ...
