It seems that the problem comes with 24-bit 96kHz FLAC files.
MM produces the ogg file and aborts at the end letting XXXXXX files in the target folder.

The produced ogg file can be read by MM.

I post you such a file within minutes.

I have just done the following:
I have replaced the current Plugins\f_ogg.dll (345kB, 19 june 2014) with the one delivered with MM version 4.0.7.1511 (242kB, 12 nov. 2012).
Everything works well.

Hi Lowlander, have you checked the fact that multiprocessing (Tools->Options->General->Performance->Auto-conversion) could result in concurrent syncs that could mess up the iphone database ?

Unfortunately, I do confirm that build 1485 does not solve IOS 5.1 problems. Every track appears in MM but many are greyed out when playing is attempted. Those numerous tracks do not display on the iphone. They can be M4A or MP3. One clue : strange characters on MM iphone list appear only for M4A ...
