when in normal library view, with an opened cell (writable blinking cursor), hitting TAB glides the cursor to next cell on right, while SHFT-TAB goes left.

But what about moving up or down through writable cell, I have no clue how to do that...

Yes all the affected songs seem to be in vbr.

Close MM delete Gen_ML.dll and all will work like a charm without it and without Winamp Library Support in MM. Tks for all the response!
