OK, I found this thread because I too was having the same problem. This is how I solved it for me (your millage may vary).
I created a Playlist called "Sync - iPod Touch" and dumped all of the stuff I wanted in there and synced that playlist and Voila' all is well.

Re: Playing Subfolders
Sorry RMB=Right Mouse Button.Eyal wrote:What is RMB? Do you mean browsing folders in Explorer or in MM?
When I right click on a folder in the Music Explorer Tree, in MM, I would like to be able to play everything in that folder including subfolders.
Thanks,

Help with Now Playing [NAB]
Hello All,
In the latest MM3 3.0.0.1105 I can't seem to relocate the "Now Playing" window form the far right hand side to the top?
Can someone help me out with that?
Thanks,

Hello All,
How do I download more than one podcast at at time?
Ctrl or Shift selection of the grayed (not downloaded) episodes, doesn't work.
Thanks,
Muggs

Acquiring licenses
I have just gotten a Napster account and although I got MM to "see" the WMA files, and they play OK, they only play ok if they have been played before, otherwise MM asks me to acquire a license.
Is there a way that MM can acquire those licemses for me automatically like WMP does?
TIA,
Muggs
