Re: VMWare Fusion and MediaMonkey
I'm using MediaMonkey in this same setup but only have the Z folder so no duplicates. My issue is it's incredibly slow. I've given 6 GBs of RAM and 2 processing cores from my i5 CPU to the virtual machine. It's mainly slow whenever I use auto-organize. Even when manually doing auto-organize (not on ...

Re: burning audio cds - burns tunes half a second into song
Hey, I'm having this exact same issue. In one burn, 20 seconds of a song is put at the end of the previous track. This is extremely frustrated and I've burned over 100 CDs with MediaMonkey and only recently discovered this. I don't use Track-at-Once because I want CDTEXT (which doesn't show on the p...

I stated previously I had an issue with getting it to list tracks with links disabled but tracklisting set to on and was asked to provide a screen shot of my settings. Re: Advanced Report 6.3 - Updated 23/10/2012
Sorry if this has been asked before, but this is a long thread to look through. I tried building an HTML list and came up with this: http://djnativus.com/collection One issue I resolved... to keep it from listing individual artists and just album artists and it works better I just haven't updated th...

Re: Error querying database after database optimization
I believe I got it fixed by doing a complete scan with the official release. I think before the beta bombed out so it never completed so no database was ever made. It became obvious when searches were failing too.

Error querying database after database optimization
I was using MM 4.1 beta and decided to do a complete database optimizatnoi of my 1.3 TB of music made up of mostly FLAC files. After the program stalled for a couple minutes, I got the error "Therew as a problem querying the database." I clicked ignore and it came back and even hitting can...

Yay!ashenkin wrote:thanks - vision is nice!
Eventually I'm going to sit down and try to give it a dark blue tint. I've also changed the background images to darker ones.
If I ever make a good edit of this skin, I'll post it in here ^_^

I tried that and it won't play on my iPod if I sync with MM.. they play fine when I sync with iTunes.

Re: FLAC to AAC not playing on iPod after sync
Important update:
So I decided to see if it's the encoding format or the sync process that's not working. I used the send to -> convert option using 100% VBR and used iTunes to sync it to my iPod... the play fine.
So it must be something going wrong with the sync process.

Re: Unofficial but very helpful iPod/iTunes/MediaMonkey Hint
Am I the only one that is completely surprised that the writer of this suggests converting MP4 audio to MP3? Going from one lossy format to the other is the worst thing you can do to your music collection.
