Re: Synch creating duplicates
That worked! All is well now. Although I must admit, having to use iTunes to do just a single sync made me a little sick to the stomach.

Synch creating duplicates
I have a library with 2775 songs. After several unsuccessful attempts to sync the library to my iPod touch, I finally got it to work. The only problem is that the iPod now shows 3529 songs. I have found that there are almost 1000 songs that are duplicated. I have tried "Auto-Sync" in an attempt to ...

Re: Files not imported - not synched to iPod
In this case, there are actually songs missing. My Library shows ~3500 songs, but only 1700 are put on the iPod after an auto-synch. Again, this was not a problem on my previous computer - everything copied as expected, but not almost half of my library is missing from the iPod, and I cannot get ...

Files not imported - not synched to iPod
I had been working fine with MM for several years. Recently I built a new computer, and attempted to do a MM synch to my iPod touch for the first time. I found the over 2000 of my songs were not copied to my iPod. When I scan, I get an error "Did not import 2182 files (did not match import criteria ...

Re: iPhone and iPad sync is very slow
Thanks for the tip Lowlander. For best results, how should auto-conversion rules be set? I currently have mine set to installation defaults.

Re: iPhone and iPad sync is very slow
That's nothing. I just waited over four hours, trying to synch ~2700 mp3s to my iPod. Worst of all, after 4 hours, it was only up to 1028, and MM suddenly exited. I couldn't believe it! I'm trying to decide now whether I give it another try, or go back to iTunes. I HATE iTunes, but I am quickly ...

Update Auto-Synch list
How do you get the Location list on the Auto-synch page to match what is actually on the computer. Mine contines to show a directory structure that matched my computer a long time ago. I have songs stored in several directories that I would like to be included in auto-synch, but I can't because they ...

Volume Level When Synching
I have what I am sure is a very easy question for an experiences user, but I have not been able to find the answer on my own... When I play my iPod in the car, I have to crank the volume way up in order to get to a reasonable listening level. How do I adjust the recording level in MediaMonkey so ...

Re: iTunes 10.5
Jeffrey, You mention that there are other tools out there that will synch an iPod with IOS 5. What are they? I too have been a huge MediaMonkey fan for years. I would absolutely love if it continued to be the only media program that I use, but being able to synch my Apple devices is a key feature ...
