Re: Samsung Galaxy S3 sync
There was not an option in the Windows GUI to format the MicroSD in FAT32. Only exFAT and NTFS were available. Opened a CMD prompt and tried it with: "Format /fs:FAT32 F:" (F: being the SD drive letter). It took FOREVER, and when it finished instead of 'success', I got: 'The Volume is too big for ...

Re: Samsung Galaxy S3 sync
I reformatted my card on my PC yesterday (exFAT) and tested the 'true' size with H2testw. Results seem to show that it's not a fake. I'll try syncing again and if I still have probs I'll try x-cimo's test and see what happens. Warning: Only 60901 of 60902 MByte tested. Test finished without errors ...

Re: Samsung Galaxy S3 sync
Apparently size DOES matter. I found a 4GB MicroSD and tried a playlist sync to the S3 tonight. I set up the MM autosync options per the normal procedures and then ran the autosync. A small test (40 songs, 220MB) worked great. I then added a larger playlist (220 songs, 1.5GB) and it went over as ...

Re: Samsung Galaxy S3 sync
Got mine at cellphoneshop.net
$72 shipped.
Don't have anything smaller at the moment to check. I might have a 2GB lying around somewhere. If I find it I'll check it out.
BTW - x-cimo, I saw your posts over at at XDA-Developers. Thanks!

Re: MediaMonkey 4 sync to Android issue
There seems to be an issue with Android 4.0 (ICS) and the Samsung Galaxy S3. I'm having trouble syncing playlists to the device. 2 'devices' are shown when the S3 is connected. 'Card' seems to be my internal memory and 'Phone' is the 64GB MicroSD. Also, with the S3 the USB Mass Storage mode does not ...

Re: Samsung Galaxy S3 sync
Thanks A LOT x-cimo! Also: Trolls, BE GONE! As a new S3 User and longtime MM user I love the device and am confident that things will be worked out with the S3. I think that the entire issue with USM vs MTP is part of it. The strange storage change (be it Samsung's or Google's) seems to have ...

Re: Samsung Galaxy S3 sync
@Android: Answers Inline: Does your S3 synch fine with MM? Specifically: *manual synching (right click + send to) or auto-synching of music, video-podcasts? Haven't done a manual sync as you define it above yet. Only tried to select specific and synch playlists. *playlists *to the card vs to the ...

Re: Samsung Galaxy S3 sync
Had to re-register as I forgot the username associated with my other e-mail. I'd really like to get this resolved and would like to help if I can.
