There was not an option in the Windows GUI to format the MicroSD in FAT32. Only exFAT and NTFS were available. I reformatted my card on my PC yesterday (exFAT) and tested the 'true' size with H2testw. Results seem to show that it's not a fake. Apparently size DOES matter. I found a 4GB MicroSD and tried a playlist sync to the S3 tonight. I set up the MM autosync options per the normal procedures and then ran the autosync.
