Re: Audiobooks with many tracks - wrong order (incl. Android

I was tempted to say "No" because there was no Disc Number PLUS the break was in the middle of a disc.

But I just deleted the "empty" Disc Number tag in all 255 tracks and now everything sorts fine.

Ok, must have been a Space or some other artifact.

Thanks for the hint, problem resolved!

Audiobooks with many tracks - wrong order [#13275]

Good morning, I encountered a strange problem with one of my Audiobooks in the latest beta builds. I ripped the 13 CD Set of "Cabin Pressure" which has 255 tracks overall now. The tracks are numbered correctly and show up correctly when tagged as "music". But when I tag them as an "Audiobook", the t...

Re: MediaMonkey iTunes device plugin (d_itunes.dll)

Wow! You sure are making lots of progress and I feel bad missing the time to test this out. So far I am hitting no bugs, but I am only synching all three to four days and not with really heavy scenarios (like I intended to). Should have more time in ten days. But, again: THANK YOU! What a nice and u...

Re: MediaMonkey iTunes device plugin (d_itunes.dll)

Mark, sorry for being offline. I see that even without further details from me you found the problem that plagued me. DANKE! Just installed your latest version and it seems not only to work, but also to be frightingly fast. Syncing back ratings and playcounts also survived the first cautious tests. ...

Re: MediaMonkey iTunes device plugin (d_itunes.dll)

Hello Mark and Greeting from Germany! Awesome Idea, unfortunately it does not work as intended on my machine. I tried three times with a totally blank Itunes database, but here is what happens: I setup to sync a playlist (tried several different ones, classic and auto, no change in behaviour). All m...

1188 worked on my Touch FW2.1

Amazing. Not only did 1188 immediately work with my Ipod Touch (1G, FW 2.1), it also solved the older Thumbnail order (all albums and videos still have correct covers). B I G T H A N K Y O U ! ! ! Warning: Do not let Itunes sync music to the Ipod Touch now - it will wipe the database and start fresh...

Re: Sync The Sync v1.3 (11-09-08) [MM3]

Thank you! This script is clever, useful - and hard to understand what it DOES. Once you understand it (and how to properly use it), it is magic.

I might volunteer to write a better description of why people would want that script with scenarios. Might have the time next week.

Thanks, Boris

Re: Ipod Touch, mixing Itunes and MM (Beta 2) - Album Artwork

I keep confirming this bug since quite some weeks. It still is there (but unfortunatly my Ipod Touch isn't - got stolen so I can't test further right now).

I can constantly reproduce on an Ipod Touch. Once I copy .MP4 VIDEO over with Itunes and then do another audio synch with Media Monkey, the album art gets shuffled for some albums and nearly all videos. Several videos now have the same thumbnail, several albums have NO album art. In earlier builds t...

The list of changes for the new RC7 says these issues should be fixed. Unfortunately I can't check this myself for another 36 hours but I will give it a go then.

While the latest Beta seems to have made the problem smaller, it still exists. On my Ipod Touch after a couple of syncs the art is either missing or getting scrambled on a few albums.
Unfortunately there is no "Rebuild Database" command for the Ipod Touch / Iphone in the current Betas.

Ipod Touch, mixing Itunes and MM (Beta 2) - Album Artwork

Aloha! I recently posted that I had a couple of tracks that would not play, no matter how often I synched them. After installing Beta 2 I took the plunge and did a total reset on my Ipod Touch (1.1.4, 8 GB). I then: * Set it up on Itunes (all on manual), not putting ANY files on it (no photos, no co...
