When you say that you've completely cleaned off your iPod, did you use iTunes to completely reformat it? If you didn't, it may help if you do.

Still doesn't make sense that it would show all of the composers in the Artist & Album Artist field by default. Who would want that? There's a composer field for the composers.

I'm getting the same. All of the composers are displayed under the Artist and Album Artist section. I hope this gets fixed ASAP. Until then, I'm going back to Alpha 7.
