The report processed at about 10K titles per hour. Completed successfully... so all is good. An Observation At the final stage, it displayed a window about Xcel compatibility, with the prompt to "CONTINUE" . Custom Report Addon - performance question

Question about performance. First time user of this add-on. I was trying to get an extract of full library. I have a straight listing report of 19 items. No sort, tums etc. to XLS. Tested on selection of the library. All good. Running full report but it seems to be taking about 1 hour per 7,000 trac...

One approach is to rip the tracks as ONE track in the first place. As well as the individual Floyd tracks, I also rip into ONE FILE, all of "side 1" into a single file, then side 2 and also the whole album. HI folks
Reached the same conclusion myself. . ie. No point.
Will convert at playtime if needed. Bit depth can make a difference at playback but not so sure I'd notice.

Replicating Metadata to same track

Hi
I am re-ripping all CD's to convert 16bit to 24 bit.
Whats the best way of replicating/transfering the metadata. I plan on having same directory and same folder/filenames and trashing the 16 bit version.
IDeas ?
